Rev Dr. John Paul

I first met Dr. Adel as student of medicines in Assiut Society for Salvation of souls. After his graduation he worked in the military service, establishing his testimony. After release, he served in his field. Then he entered into full-time ministry. But during the time of President Sadat, he was put in prison. Then released after several months. Soon after release, I met him and spent about two weeks ,encouraging and edifying him to move on. This was a very precious time. God strengthened him. And he entered into ministry, with his giftedness, zeal, compassion and uncompromising commitment to serve His Master. God used him to draw younger generation to be save and  be witness.  His courage, commitment and communication ability, under the Anointing of the Holy Spirit was a model to follow for many.  Somewhat radical approach in his service for God ,was a stimulant to younger generation. His commitment to preach pure Gospel and Bible oriented approach was blessing to many. I must say he was radically, revolutionary and relying on the power of the Holy Spirit. He led a group of evangelists to the Seminar I conducted. Went back to Egypt with vision, vitality and vigorous energy to serve. Indeed he was a fire brand for God. I am sure many were led to the Savior. But the last I heard of him was in hospital and I called him prayed with him. The Lord in His Sovereign Will and plan snatched him away. Well spent life for the Master.  MODEL OF FAITH IN HIS COMMITTMENT TO THE LORD, FAITHFULNESS TO HIS CALLING AND FEARLESS IN HIS LIFE AND MINISTRY.  Glory to God.
John Paul.
